Wakame Salad

Wakame Salad

For the salad:

60g wakame, soaked in warm water for about 30 min

8 shiitake mushroom, cut in halves

1 bunch Mizuna salad, cut small

1 tablespoon white sesame

1 tablespoon dried cranberries

For the dressing:

3 tablespoons Mirin

3 tablespoons sesame oil

1 teaspoon coconut sugar

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon

1 teaspoon finely grated ginger

1 tablespoon liquid aminos

1 clove garlic

1 pinch sea salt

1 pinch chili powder


Using a small blender, combine all the ingredients till smooth and creamy.
