Summer Breakfast Smoothie

MANGO HEMP SEED MILK SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

1 cup homemade Hempseed milk, find recipe on my blog

1 tablespoon flax oil

1 cup freshly frozen or store frozen mangos

1 banana

Method:

In a high speed blender, combine all the ingredients.

As a Vata person, I like to warm my body instead of cooling it.

( Vata dosha / Ayurvedic body typ )

If you prefer your smoothie colder, add a few ice cubes to the blender.
