1 tablespoon miso, red, white or yellow
2 tablespoon mirin*
1 small carrot
1 small cucumber
1 small stalk celery
Mix miso and mirin together.
Wash all vegetables, and peel cucumber and carrot.
Cut in to small sticks.
Place mirin in to a glass and add the vegetable sticks.
* Mirin is a type of rice wine, similar to sake, but with a lower alcohol and higher sugar content.
