Even a super happy and positive person like I am can get caught up into annoying moments and become moody and difficult to deal with.  Just leave all tasks and important work be and hop on your  yoga mat. 

Have you ever tried to stand for more than 20 minutes on a reflexology board ??? You can do neck and shoulder openers, arm strengthening exercise. Forward and backward bends or simply stand in prayer pose and breathe away your bad mood . Just move in a way that feels good. I call it “Reflexology board Yoga” .

Begin in

Mountain Pose -Tadasana

Breathe in deeply and exhale completely.

Take your hands in Anjali Mudra also know as Namaste. Palms of your  hand are touching in front of your heart center.

Close your eyes. Just think of everything that annoys you at this every moment.

And then think of all the craziness going on right now in this world.

Already here you will realize how small or even silly your problems are.


Then begin to do very simple

Neck rolls

Shoulder openers

Arm strengthening circles and pushes 

Chair Pose – Utkatasana

Forward Bend – Uttanasana

Back Bend – Ardha Anuvittasana

Breathe in Ujjayi Pranayama if you feel comfortable otherwise just breathe in a way that makes YOU FEEL GOOD.

You should feel much better already by now.
