Red Shiso Leaf Juice
100 gr shiso leaves
1 big yellow apple
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 ice cubes
Wash the shiso leaves very well.
Using a slow juicer, juice shiso leaves and apple.
Using a strainer, separate solid from liquid.
Add vinegar and ice cubes.
The colour may be less inviting since the leaves are used raw but the taste is special.
Enjoy immediately !
