Raw Vegan Three Colour Tomato Sauce

For the Tomato Sauce

3 medium tomatoes

1/2 cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons liquid aminos

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons onion

1 clove garlic

1 cup sun dried tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper



1 yellow pepper

1 orange pepper

1 red pepper


Using a high speed blender, combine all of the ingredients, except the peppers, and blend till smooth.

Transfer into serving dish.

Using a food processor, first chop the yellow pepper, set aside.

Then chop the orange pepper, set aside.

Last, chop the red pepper.

Top the tomato sauce with the peppers.

Stir when ready to serve.

Suitable for pastas, burgers, or just as a dip.

Keeps in the refrigerator for one week.
