Raw Vegan Kids Burger

 

 

 

Make the Burger

4 cups carrots, peeled

1/2  apple, peeled

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

3/4 cup  almond meal

1/2 cup ground flax meal with berries

 

Decoration

white sesame

small sheet nori/seaweed

carrot

watercress

 

In a food processor, combine carrots, apple, salt and oil pulse into fine pieces.

Transfer to a mixing bowl, add almond and flax meal.

Form into small patties.

Roll patties into sesame to coat the burgers.

Dehydrate by 41 degrees celsius/ 105 degrees fahrenheit for 3 to 4 hours.

Or 6-12 hours for crispy snacks.

Decorate with carrots, watercress and nori/seaweed.
