2 cups of homemade coconut milk
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 table spoon of raw honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch black pepper
pinch cayenne pepper
In a small pot combine all the ingredients.
Warm up to body temperature 98.6 F / 37 degrees celsius.
