Raw Vegan Butter


50 g cacao butter

150 g rapeseed oil

1 pinch salt



Place cacao butter into a bowl.

Place this bowl into a bowl with warm water.

Let cacao butter melt.

Add salt and slowly stir rapeseed oil into cacao butter.

Transfer into a glass or ceramic container.

Let chill overnight.

Can be frozen, otherwise keeps for a week in the refrigerator.
