Raw Vegan Banana Cookies


Ingredients :

1/2 cup dried bananas

2 1/2 cups almond meal

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup cacao nibs

1/4 carob powder

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon coconut butter

Topping :

1 fresh banana

Method :

Using a food processor, grind dried bananas, then add all other ingredients, except for the fresh banana.

Form a roll and cut 1.5 cm / 1/2 an inch thick pieces.

Place on a dehydrator mesh and top with a piece of fresh banana.

Dehydrate for 12 hours by 105 degrees F / 41 degrees celsius.

Store cookies in an airtight container for 12 hours before serving .
