Pink Champagne- Lavender Lemonade


1/4 cup dried organic Lavender

2 cups boiled water

4 cups cold water

3 lemons

1/4 cup honey

( Of course you can substitute honey with stevia, agave syrup or maple syrup.)


Pour the boiling water over the dried lavender, like you are making a tea.

Set aside to cool down.

Meanwhile squeeze lemons.

Using a strainer, separate tea water from lavender.

Poor the tea like liquid, which still will have a dark sort of look into a blender.

Add the cold water, honey and lemon, and pulse.

The lemon will boost the colour into a beautiful pink.

Let chill in the refrigerator, and serve on Ice.
