Raw Vegan Parsley Soup
Ingredients:
2 bunch fresh parsley
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 avocado
1 big tomato
2 tablespoons green onion
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon Tahini
2 tablespoons oregano
1 teaspoon salt
black pepper and chili powder or cayenne to taste
Method:
Using a high speed blender, blend until smooth .
Top with hemp seeds .
I love this this recipe, because its flexible .I sometimes just use whatever leftovers are there .
It can be 1 avocado and no green onion . Or just a teaspoon tahini and 1/2 lemon.
If I need more liquid I usually add more ice.
If my immune system is run down, I add more lemon, more chilly or cayenne pepper.
This soup is amazing and one of my absolute favourits throughout all seasons.
If you like to cleanse or detox don’t use salt and tahini.
