  • Repetitive poses
  • Chanting mantras
  • Meditation Relaxation

What to bring

  1. Water to stay hydrated
  2. Warm clothes for relaxation
  3. Head over or scarf for meditation
  4. Yoga mat is optional (we provide pillows)
  5. Eye mask (optional)
