Kundalini Yoga in Tokyo June Schedule

(Please arrive ten minutes earlier to settle in)

What to bring:
Please make sure to bring enough water to stay hydrated. We provide pillows to sit on but for your personal comfort you may bring a yoga mat.
Also helpful even though it is hot are socks, a light sweater and perhaps an eye cover and head cover.
During the 21 minutes of deep relaxation the body temperature drops quickly and you may feel cold and not comfortable enough to fully surrender.

What to expect in June:
Since we are entering a season that brings hot air pressure yet unpredictable weather changes I will lean towards a more restorative Kundalini Yoga practice focusing on holding poses, stretching the body and long deep breathing including the practice of longer meditation, visualization and mantra practice.
If you are a Yoga practitioner that needs more physical engagement you’re more than welcome to arrive at 9:40 am and warm up with Sun salutations.
