How to recycle half Lemon right away

One little citrus-fruit, and so many uses. You know how they say ;” There’s a lesson in everyone you meet.” or ” Everyone has something to teach us.” ? Well the “Lime or Lemon lesson” I was taught in 1995 during my training to become a cooking coach. Every afternoon, I had to spend in the office, doing the boring work of calculating and, book keeping . Often I ended up chatting with the Chef-cook, a woman in her late 50’s.She wasn’t in such great body shape, but her skin was soft as in a newborn baby. One day I asked her what’s her secret. She replied: Lemon 🍋! Every morning she would juice one lemon.
Drink the juice of half Lemon with lukewarm water.
Keep the juice of the other half for throughout the day, drinking it after her meals to help digestion. The empty halves she wrapped around her elbows and knees. That helps the skin to stay beautifully soft and prevents dark dry cracks .( I am including my feet too).Once this is done she would clean around the sink in her bathroom. I made this my personal routine, at home and on holidays.

You can also add little baking soda, coffee leftovers or epson salt. Just sprinkle it onto the lemon half and place it on your elbow, knees and feet. The result is amazing. Works also on your face, just be careful around your eyes and stay away from sunlight. The best time is to use it as a skin tonic after sunbathing before you go to sleep.
