Apple juice is a natural laxative, therefore only one glass of freshly squeezed apple juice will help to improve intestinal power and provide healthy bowel movements. A healthy colon helps your skin to glow and look radiant.
When making freshly squeezed vegetable juices or smoothies just add 1/2 apple to give a beautiful sweet taste to it.
Using a cold press/slow juicer, juice 3 large apples.
I used yellow apples here and added a bit of lime. My favourite apples are green apples, but they are difficult to purchase in Tokyo.
