Blackberry – Smoothie

1 cup of almond milk, find recipe on my blog

1 cup frozen blackberries

1 banana

1 tablespoon flax meal

1 tablespoon coconut oil

pinch cayenne pepper

 

Garnish:

3 blackberries

 

Using a high speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Garnish with blackberries.

Enjoy right away!
