Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup hemp milk , find recipe on my blog

1 cup freshly frozen or store frozen berries

1 teaspoon coconut butter

1 banana

Method :

In a high speed blender, blend until smooth.

As a Vata person, I like to warm my body instead of cooling it.

( Vata dosha / Ayurvedic body typ )

If you prefer your smoothie colder, add a few ice cubes to the blender.
