Nut bars

2 cups  almonds

1 cup pecans

3/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup golden flax meal

1/2 cup fresh strawberries

1/2 cup  fresh blueberries

1/2 cup fresh raspberries

1/2 cup fresh blackberries

1 cup raisins

 

In a food processor, grind the nuts coarsely.

Set aside in a big mixing bowl.

Add flax meal and chia seeds.

In a high speed blender, blend berries and raisin.

Then combine all the ingredients.

Spread mixture on a mesh of your dehydrator, 2 cm thick.

Dehydrate for 41 degrees celsius/105 degrees fahrenheit for 12 hours.

Then flip over and dehydrate for another 12 hours.

Cut into desired shape.
