1 cup almond milk (find recipe on my blog)
1 bunch spinach
1 cup ice
1 Avocado Pit
2 medium size dried figs
1 teaspoon Chia seeds
1 teaspoon Spirulina powder
1 teaspoon Lucuma powder
Soak spinach in cold water.
In the meantime make almond milk.
Rinse spinach and discard stems.
Using a high speed blender, add the almond milk and avocado pit followed by the other ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy right away.
The leftover almond milk will keep for one week in an airtight container.
