Freshly squeezed carrot juice
1 bunch of organic carrots
1/2 teaspoon organic olive oil
Using a slow juicer, juice a bunch of carrots.
Use a strainer to remove the pulp.
( keep the leftovers for energy balls, burgers or vegan muffins)
Add 1/2 teaspoon olive oil.
Enjoy as it is, add a couple of ice cubes or chill in the refrigerator.
